See the work.Approve it. Then pay.
Arabzadah is a brand, AI and advertising consultancy in Caledon, Ontario, built on a simple idea: clients should only pay for work they have seen and signed off.
Built for businesses tired of paying for the gaps.
Too many owners hire one firm for the brand, another for the technology and a third for the ads, then spend months getting them to agree.
Arabzadah was set up to remove that friction. Brand, AI and advertising are planned together, measured together and delivered by people who understand how each one affects the others.
The billing model came from the same frustration. Deposits and retainers ask clients to trust before they've seen anything. We ask for nothing until a milestone is finished and approved.
The work should earn the invoice. Never the other way around.
Six rules we don't bend.
Say it plainly
If a client has to decode what we mean, we have already failed. Plain language in proposals, reports and invoices.
Scope in writing
Nothing starts on a handshake. Deliverables, milestones and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Bill on approval
You see the work, ask for changes, and approve it. Only then is an invoice issued.
Build to hand over
Brand guides, AI workflows and ad accounts are documented so your team can run them without us.
Measure what matters
Every engagement is tied to a number you care about, agreed up front and reported honestly.
Own the outcome
If something we built isn’t working, we say so first and fix it within the agreed scope.
How an engagement runs.
Listen
A free consult to understand the business, the goal and what has already been tried.
Scope
A written plan with milestones, deliverables, timelines and fees, agreed before anything starts.
Build
Work delivered milestone by milestone, with reviews and revisions until it is right.
Hand over
Documentation, training and a clean handoff, so the results keep working after we leave.
See if we're the right fit.
The first consult is free and carries no obligation. Bring the problem; we'll bring an honest read on it.
